At Fidelity Realty LLC, I want to earn your business.

For sellers, I will provide you with a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) of recently sold homes. We can tour current listings so you will have a good idea what price is competitive. Hardly any listings have open houses on the weekdays. I offer seven open houses in the first month listed including weekday open houses if your schedule allows.

It is a buyers' market. There are many more listings than there are sales. I can provide you with current listings followed by new and updated listings for up to four weeks without a signed Buyer's Representation agreement. I ask that you recognize and open emails from me and review the listings. Please text me with your comments. If you want to tour any of the listings I send you, I ask that you allow me to arrange a showing. A Realtor cannot show a listing without a Buyer's Representation agreement. You can sign it when we meet at the listing.

If you plan to purchase a home, a Buyer's Representation agreement is in your future. Even if you plan to tour open houses on your own, you still need a Realtor to represent you when sign the purchase agreement. The listing broker and the new home builder sales agent represent the seller. In the competitive home market today, you may be able to offer less than the asking price. I can provide a CMA to help determine what other similar homes have sold for.
